At Counseling 4 Hope, we believe no one should walk through pain and healing alone. That’s why we’re launching our Shaded in Hope Group Therapy program in January 2026—a Christ-centered, trauma-informed approach designed to help you experience stability, healing, and transformation in community.
Why Group Therapy?
Group Therapy offers a powerful path to healing that goes beyond individual counseling. In a supportive, faith-based community, you’ll find:
- Social support from people who truly understand
- A safe space to share and process emotions
- Normalization of symptoms—realizing you are not alone
- Biblical, trauma-informed guidance for lasting change
Group Therapy is especially impactful for Christians who are struggling, because it combines practical mental health tools with God’s truth and design for living in healthy relationship with Him, self, and others.
Stability Group: Starting Your Healing Journey
Our first Group Therapy series focuses on stability and symptom relief. Each month, we’ll equip you with practical tools and biblical wisdom to strengthen your nervous system, manage emotions, and build healthier patterns in your life.
- January: Symptom Relief
Learn to understand your symptoms and gain mastery over your nervous system. - February: Emotions
Discover how emotions are designed by God and how to use them for growth and deeper discipleship. - March: Control
Learn to shift your focus from what is outside your control to the areas God has given you to steward well. - April: Boundaries
Understand what healthy boundaries are (and aren’t) and how to set them with kindness and clarity.
Cost & Structure
The Stability Group is $200 per month—slightly more than the cost of one individual counseling session. Each month builds on the previous one, but participants are not required to attend every month. This flexible approach allows you to join when you’re ready while still experiencing the benefits of structured growth.
Future Group Therapy Opportunities
Our vision for Group Therapy goes beyond stability. In the future, we plan to offer:
- Trauma processing groups
- EMDR-based groups
- Deeper life processing groups for long-term healing
At Counseling 4 Hope, we are committed to walking alongside you as you move from hope to healing to resilience, finding freedom in Christ and wholeness for your body, mind, and spirit.
